The project connects existing Snowy Scheme assets via a 27km tunnel network and new underground power station, significantly enhancing the stability and reliability of the National Electricity Market while supporting the transition to clean energy.

Scope: Our team supported leading cross-functional teams across five locations to deliver procurement strategy for E&M installation, from supplier identification and qualification to contract execution and management. Oversaw RFQ process, contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and Australian Industry Participation reporting.

Worked closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and government stakeholders to align delivery with internal policies and external regulations. Provided executive-level leadership to a team of commercial professionals, ensuring alignment with project goals, regulatory requirements, and the overall commercial objectives.
